Patsy Wolber, PT, is the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners. With her hands-on experience and success in building and growing her own practice, she brings unique insights into the needs of independent practice owners.

In her role as CCO, Patsy oversees clinical excellence across the Fusion network, ensuring that each practice upholds the highest standards of patient care. She collaborates closely with practice owners to implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and maintain compliance. Under her leadership, Fusion’s network is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes while remaining competitive in an evolving healthcare landscape.

Additionally, Patsy serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CPTE Health Group, Inc., which she co-founded in 1989. Under her stewardship, CPTE has expanded to seven outpatient clinics and rebranded its senior therapy division to Engage Senior Therapy, now partnering with over 20 senior living communities across Southern New Hampshire and Greater Boston. Her success in scaling both CPTE and Engage reflects her deep understanding of clinical excellence paired with effective business growth.

Throughout her career, Patsy has remained committed to direct patient care and fostering the development of her clinical teams. Known for her focus on innovation and high-quality care, she has cultivated a company culture that prioritizes patient outcomes while supporting both clinical and operational success.

Patsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College and a Master of Education in Educational Studies from Rivier College.
